§ LENS · VOTING · PLANNED
Voting
Proxy statements and resolutions read against a stated voting policy, with the reasoning written out.
§ 01What it will read
Meeting notices, agendas and resolution text, with vote outcomes read back from the filed record.
§ 02What it will compute
A recommendation per sustainability-relevant ballot item, against a named policy version, with the evidence cited.
§ 03Where it stands
Not started. Planned lenses carry no date, because a date on unstarted methodology work is a guess.
Before this lens reads Available anywhere, its methodology pack is published, a labelled test set passes, and the reading carries a citation for every value. Until then a company record shows the lens with this state rather than omitting it, so you can see what is coming and what is not.
